Confidential information is collected using secure web pages. We use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All the information is backed up on a seperate server. The web servers are housed in dedicated data centres, run by the UK's largest Hosting company. The web servers are connected to a Tier 1 network and offer 99.9% up time.

Administration

We provide you with an Admin Area. Here you can view Sales, Orders and Policies. Policy data can be imported into your backoffice systems by downloading CSV files. There are alternative options available for importing the information into your backoffice software.

You will need to have a Merchant Account and online payment gateway provider, such as Protx, who provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions.
